Become a Distributor

Thank you for letting Pinnacle Technology Group provide you information on becoming a distributor.  Below is a list of the requirements for you to become a dealer:

 

  • Definition of Non-Stocking Dealer: A non-stocking dealer is considered a dealer who does not maintain a stock of Pinnacle product or require drop shipments to the end user.

 

  • Definition of Stocking Dealer: A stocking dealer is considered a dealer who places an opening stocking order and maintains a reasonable stock of Pinnacle products.  Stocking dealer will have a discount for shipment to their facility and a slightly lower discount should Pinnacle have to drop ship to the end user.  (Discounts for higher volume orders can be discussed.)

 

  • Any dealer stocking merchandise may purchase demo equipment at 40% off list price.  The dealer may order demo products twice in a calendar year and is limited to the number of sales reps a dealer employs.

 

  • Dealer Requirements: The dealer shall represent the Pinnacle product line through printed sales sheets and or the dealer’s catalog.  The dealer may exhibit the product line at appropriate trade shows.

 

  • Pinnacle Responsibilities: The manufacturer will support the dealer through product information, benefits and features of each product, offering a two-year warranty and technical support.

 

  • Returns: Pinnacle offers a 90-day return policy from date of invoice.  You may return or exchange any product purchased from Pinnacle within the 90-day period for credit or exchange for another produce provided the product is in original shipping carton and is not damaged.  All returns after 90 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 

  • Warranty: Pinnacle warrants all products for two years.  If the product does not function properly within the two years after invoice return the product to Pinnacle for repair, charges are determined depending on what repairs are needed.

 

At the end of each year each dealer shall be evaluated and a new discount structure may be in force.  The non stocking dealer shall have the option of becoming a stocking dealer and increasing their discounts.
