Introducing Pinnacle LAUNCH – our dynamic product development program designed to guide your new product from prototype all the way to production. Our program is tailored to meet the needs of startups and product veterans alike, helping you breeze through the prototyping and first run stages and bring your product to market faster than ever before.
In this stage we create prototypes and samples for your product launch. LAUNCH is ideal for start-ups, established businesses or current clients looking to develop and release a new product. We provide you with multiple quotes and you then choose the suppliers which best balance your price point and risk tolerance.
Quoting
With Pinnacle LAUNCH, you’ll benefit from our extensive network of suppliers and manufacturers, enabling you to source the best components and materials at competitive prices. You’ll receive several quotes, each with varying minimum purchase requirements and comprehensive reports on extra materials. From there, you can select the option that strikes the optimal balance between your budget and risk preferences.
Prototyping
Upon request, we will include a first release prototype with your initial order. Components for the entire order are secured upon receipt of a Purchase Order to help drive cost savings. And to mitigate risk, we order only the PCBs for the prototype release.
- Following successful testing of the prototype, we will proceed with the balance of the first run, pending your permission. The prototype run will improve first run quality and turn around-time
- Should changes be required, we start over with a second prototype run. Your losses are limited to components removed from the BOM.
