You recieve multiple quotes, each with different mult-&-min buy scenarios and detailed excess material reports. You then choose the scenario which best balances your price point with risk tolerance
Prototyping
Upon request, we will include a prototype first-release with your initial order. Components for the entire order are secured at receipt of PO to help drive cost savings. And to mitigate risk, we order only the PCBs for the prototype release.
- Following successful testing of the prototype, we will proceed with the balance of the first run, pending your permission. The prototype run will improve first run quality and turn-time.
- Should changes be required, we start over with a second prototype run. Your losses are limited to components removed from the BOM.
New Product Introduction (NPI)
In the NPI phase, our supply chain and technical teams collaborate to thoroughly evaluate each project. This allows us to clarify assembly requirements and often discover hidden project challenges. The result is a quality product delivered on time, even with a tight deadline.
